Distance is about 100km and if you take a cab, it will cost you from 1000-1400baht to get to Pattaya. Mike is in the central area, so quite easy by cab.How far is bangkok airport to pattaya - mike garden resort hotel?
traveling time should be around 1 to 2 hours from the airport, depends on the time of the day
Less than an hour by bus, van, taxi. Bus is under $2.00 U

S dollars, Private taxi around $20.00 US dollars.
It is about one hour and half From airport. I am sure more readers will submit their numbers for cheap and realiable taxi's.
2 hours from airport, but, be careful, take only oficial bus, not private taxi
1. On arrival at Bangkok/s Suvanabhumi airport, and having cleared immigration and customs, on entering the ';public'; area, turn right.

2. Politely ignore/decline ALL the offers for cabs/taxis/limousines you will receive and go down the moving escalator to the next level.

3. Exit the building at that level and you will see tables in front of you where the (english speaking) attendants will write down your destination (tell them the hotel) in Thai and pass that (ticket) to another attendant who will show you to a taxi. (Generally these are plentiful and there is very little queueing).

Most of these public taxis will use the meter. This should clock up around 7 to 800 Baht to Pattaya (the new airport is at the eastern side of the city, just off the main bangkok-Pattaya highway).

-You will also have to pay the road tolls (I think these total about 100 Baht).

-The distance is around 130Km.

However the road is frequently congested with heavy trucks, and much of it is under repair currently. So what would be a 60-80 minute journey can consume in excess of 2 hours.

-You are also advised to close your eyes (tailgating is an accepted driving technique).

-If the hotel has a location map on it's website, it may help to print that out before you leave (especially if there's a Thai version).
