So many people have asked this, and the answer is the same, no there isn't, it's a scam. There is also no JW Blaisir working there or at the Immigration Board of Canada. It's a phishing email designed to con desperate people. Check out the Citizenship and Immigration Canada website if you are interested in immigrating here.
