If you prefer affordable hotel-like rooms, I recommend Club Manila East in Taytay. Im not sure though if they have Conference room available. You can check their website and inquire for their facilities.
Another is MMLDC in Sumulong highway Antipolo. It's a bit pricey, they offer delicious full board meals, and they always maintain clean rooms (bed, toilet and shower). You have everything you need, no need to bring toiletries.They have plenty of conference rooms- for AVP, classroom type, group exercise. nope. sorry. Why dont you look on expedia or do a search for hotels in the area, then visit their websites.
