Which resort hotel is nice n not dirty in oahu waikiki beach budget isnt too much of a problem?

This hotel is fabulous, it was just redone. It's considered the First Lady of Hawaii as it's elegant and classical.

Waikiki Beach Marriot Resort Hotel.
Well Jules, there are many resort hotels in Oahu that are nice and not dirty.

In fact there are 5 diamond resorts, 5 star resorts and several 4 star resorts. If budget is no problem, you will find any of the highly rated properties to be clean, well maintained, beautiful, comfortable and with excellent service.

I think you need to be a lot more specific about what you have in mind for budget. ';Budget isn't too much of a problem'; could indicate that you'd be comfortable spending a lot. But I don't think that is what you mean.

I think you are saying that you want to find a resort hotel in Waikiki that is nice and affordable. There are only a few true resort hotels in Waikiki and all of them are of high enough quality that they will be clean. But, heck, Waikiki is a resort itself. You might not need or want a resort hotel which could be over your budget.

I'd suggest that you contact a travel agent who is a Hawaii specialist and tell her what you want from your hotel -- consider: location, view, room size, ambiance, budget, hotel amenities. Clean is easy. But one person's nice can be another person's complaint.

Tell someone who knows what they are doing what you really want and how much you can afford and have a professional recommend the most suitable hotel, taking all of your needs and preferences into account.
I have stayed in several hotels in Waikiki and none of them were dirty. There was a large range in prices though. Since you said budget isn't too much of a problem, why not stay at the Royal Hawaiian? It's the pink hotel right in the middle of Waikiki Beach! Beautiful, elegant, and serene. I would stay there again in a heartbeat, but unfortunately for me budget *is* a consideration, even with kama'aina rates.
Hilton Hawaiian Village is nice.

The Hilton Hawaiian village is what I would pick if budget wasn't a problem. It has much more land than the others and feels more resort like. It isn't as close to all the action and the beach area is more impressive. The beaches closer to the Waikiki action are eroded. If you want to be in the thick of it I would pick Moana surfrider. A beautiful hotel as well. IMO

Here is a great website for reviews of hotels etc.
