We can't find a room on the resort at all!Why are all of the Disneyland Resort hotels booked from May 13-18?
There are allot of events taking place during this time at the Anaheim Convention center and inside the actual Disney Hotels. There is a
WesCorp鈥檚 Annual Meeting, Future Forum %26amp; CFO Forum
Disney鈥檚 Grand Californian Hotel, Anaheim, CA
Southern California Facilities Expo 13th-14th
California Dental Association Spring Scientific Session 15th-17th
Anaheim/Orange County Tourism Ambassador Program - May
2009 Grad Nite events Thursdays, May 14, May 21
It's just because there are all these events taking place that the hotels are busy that does not mean that Disneyland itself will be except for Grad Nite. You can still get rooms through Disneyland's good neighbor Hotel's:

also www.Disneyland.com only has a select amount of rooms that they sell in there own hotel, so if you where to call the hotel you want to stay at and ask they may have rooms available that they don't have on the web. This is a great time that you chose because it is before Memorial day and you are going on a wed. and it tends to be less crowded mid week.
Hope this helped, *JenaWhy are all of the Disneyland Resort hotels booked from May 13-18?
Beginning of the summer season. Most of those rooms were booked months ago. There are lots of other hotels within walking distance to the park and a few others that offer free shuttle service to the park. Here is a list.

It's nearly impossible to book a room at the Disneyland hotels 30 days in advance. You can try to go through a travel site like Expedia because sometimes they will reserve a block of rooms but even that is iffy.
You are trying to book very popular hotels at the last minute at the beginning of their peak season. You have to book them months in advance.
Most likely it is because a lot of schools get out at that time, so people are ready to go.
