It is a scam, and they get you to send money for registration and either that or your personal info, it called ';phishing'; and they send unsolicited e-mails hoping to find unaware and trusting people, persons looking for work to send them what they want.
I am a former chef and have dealt with agencys and they do not ever contact you directly, and I am sure that Saskatchewan is not the resort capital of Canada, I have been there, if you recieve an e-mail that is not one your looking for or have applied to, delete it or mark it as ';SPAM'; in your Yahoo e-mail box and the address is blocked from then on, I hope I was a bit of help.
