What's the best way to search for Resort HOtels that will be holding big New Year's Eve Parties?

Our family usualy tries to get together at a resort hotel that is hosting a good New Years Eve party. We all get rooms and go to the party so we can drink and then simply go up to our rooms instead of driving home.. then we have brunch the next morning.
